Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
Sudokly is built on a privacy-first principle: we collect nothing personal by default, store no accounts, and use only privacy-friendly analytics. This policy explains exactly what that means.
What we don't do
- We don't require an account, email, or login.
- We don't set any tracking cookies by default.
- We don't fingerprint your device.
- We don't sell data to anyone. We have no data to sell.
- We don't run third-party trackers (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel).
What we do
- localStorage. Your in-progress sudoku game and timer are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and isn't visible to us.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. We use Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and broad referrer data. It does not use cookies, does not identify individual users, and is GDPR-compliant by design.
- Server logs. Cloudflare's edge platform retains standard request logs (IP, user agent, URL) for a short period for abuse prevention. We don't extend or aggregate these.
Your rights (GDPR/CCPA)
We hold no personal data tied to you, so there's nothing to request, correct, or delete. If you've emailed us, you can ask us to delete that email at any time. see contact.
Changes
If we ever add features that require collecting more data (we don't plan to, but never say never), we'll update this page and surface a banner highlighting the change.
