Sudokly is provided free of charge for personal and educational use. By using the site, you accept these terms. They're short and plain.
Acceptable use
- Play sudoku. Print puzzles. Share them.
- Don't try to break the site (DDoS, abuse the API).
- Don't redistribute our content as your own (the puzzles themselves are free to reproduce; the writing isn't).
- Don't scrape the entire site faster than a normal browser would.
Printables and puzzles
Sudoku grids and individual puzzles are mathematical objects and aren't copyrightable. You can use puzzles from our printables for any legitimate purpose. classroom handouts, personal use, prizes, etc.. without attribution.
The PDFs themselves (layout, branding, design) and the strategy and blog writing are copyrighted Sudokly. Don't republish those.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is. We try to keep it bug-free and uniqueness-verified, but if a puzzle turns out to have multiple solutions or the solver disagrees with your answer, that's not a legal liability. just tell us and we'll fix it.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
